As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team and support our workforce with professionalism and integrity.

Position Overview

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for handling the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive and solution-oriented approach to managing the human capital needs of a dynamic construction environment.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for site and office staff
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and occupational health and safety regulations
Coordinate employee performance evaluations and support staff development initiatives
Manage HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files
Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution
Monitor attendance and coordinate with payroll for accurate compensation processing
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-CP, PHR or SPHR.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an HR role, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in HR software applicant tracking system (ATS), HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
